ORDER INFORMATION

My Order arrived damaged, or incorrect. What now?

We are so sorry! You can rest easy because we promise to make it right for you asap! We try our best to make sure items arrive correctly and safely, but sometimes mistakes happen in packaging or in transit.

To begin the replacement process, please reply directly to your order confirmation or shipping email, or shoot us an email at general@tableskapes.com with your order number as the subject. Then, snap some quick phone photos of the damage (for our own quality control efforts) and your best description of the damage and if the box/packaging materials were damaged (if the box was damaged, this would be especially helpful to have a photo and/or description of as well, so that we can address it with the shipper).

You will not have to ship back the damaged item! We'll get back to you as soon as we're able with next steps and information regarding a replacement order. Thank you for your patience!

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is on it's way to you, you will receive an automated email from general@tableskapes.com, which will include a tracking link. Sometimes this link may take up to 24 hours post-shipment to be accurate and active, because the tracking link won't reflect data until the package is picked up and scanned by the delivery agent.

How long will it take to receive my order?

After placing your order, your selection(s) will go into production, where they will be custom-made-to-order, in one of our production facilities in either the USA or Canada.

Tableskapes are currently shipping within 5 - 10 business days. We are working with our shipping companies to get your Tableskapes to you as quickly as possible.

With additional shipping volumes brought on by the global pandemic, all online sales are experiencing longer than desired shipping times. Please be patient! Thanks!

What should I do if I change my address before my order arrives?

Please contact us as soon as possible with your new shipping address. If the order has not shipped, we can update the shipping address. If your order is in the final stages of production, we may not be able to update the shipping address.

Can I cancel my order after it has been submitted?

All of our items are printed on-demand and we get started on your artwork as soon as the order is placed. Due to the custom nature of our orders, canceled orders will incur a 20% processing fee since we cannot re-sell or re-stock any items that are canceled.
